- Develop a custom vending progam that meet our clients needs and requirements
- Set-up installation date and time with client that works best for the transitioning of new vending machines into facility
- Customer service representative will closely monitor the usage amount of each machine to insure the proper route schedule is assigned to insure product freshness and availability
Our Technology
B&P Vending uses one of the most sophisticated software vending programs in the industry by Compuvend. This software enables us to control our cash receivables and inventory, while providing a variety of information such as profitability, sales history, merchandising, taxes, and commission statements.
Each driver is equipped with their own Compuvend handheld, which is used to enter the data performed on each machine throughout their service day. With this data we are able to provide our customers with complete cash accountability and detailed sales reports to insure complete accuracy when calculating commissions for our customers.
From a product merchandising level, we utilize this data to ensure that the most desirable and best selling products are stocked fresh daily in each vending machine.
